This uses a high tech fly board with a floating 'dolphin' pump connected to five meters long of high pressure pump. It is fed into a wearable, lightweight jet pack and provides the lift-off for the rider. 

Start up the Jet pack, and the pump motor shoots H2O down from your fly board and two handheld cannons which levitates you up to 3 meters above the water level. Its mobile dolphin pump freely follows behind so you can fully explore the area much like a mechanized dolphin will do. 

If you think you are brave enough, you can even try out the 'dolphin dive' by pointing your body straight down into the water surface, and before you realize it, you are going to skim up and down all over the surface, while duck diving as you go.
